The first phase is a very intensive period. This time is one-three weeks. We review the present situation and elaborate an exact statement about wasted money and all hidden sources. We also make a detailed an itemised proposal how we are going to reach the possible improvements within a frame a 6-10 months long project. During this phase we ensure that every each leader will become quite better informed on their area, they can judge the effective production of their subordinates, they will be able to see currently al the processes and they will be up-to-date how to use the resources of company. As a consequences they will be able to make more efficient daily decision based on realistic and precise information. The implemented changes remain effective for longer years because they are consequences of well-implemented management and supervisory systems and reporting. And on the other hand, the changes are supported by practical on-the-job training during the whole project. And also a very important thing that we teach a co-ordinator of client's people he will know everything about our methodology, that's why he/she is able to maintain the result even after the project (or may able to continue facilitate further improvements).
